With individual Card Personalization Elements (CPEs), our Horizon card personalization sytems offer flexibility AND complete customization -- you can easily expand your abilities by simply adding an additional CPE, not an entire new machine! CPEs include embossing, indenting, tipping, encoding label application, card mailing system, smart chip (both contact and contactless), colour or mono printing and laser. For small batch production, look to the SPX™ / HPX™ card personalization sytem. It's small footprint and big performance can get your job done.

Our complete line of smart card manufacturing equipment gives you the ability to complement your personalization capabilities. We can supply you with milling and/or embedding, lamination, card testing and micro module testing equipment and you have yourself a total smart card production solution. The Software:
All of our Horizon card personalization sytems are powered by our newest machine control software, SmartSys™, developed by our own in-house software group, making personalization configuration a breeze.
