For any complain and dispute you can contact our customer service support at enquiry@mpay.my. We will respond within 48 hours (working days). A party claiming that a dispute has arisen must specify the nature of the Dispute to us.

Also try to contact the supplier for a solution. Many disputes can often be resolved after direct communication between the 2 parties.
