Marketplace Return Policy

Viewing a Seller Returns Policy

MDEX is a venue for SME to trade online. We cannot control the information provided by other users which is made available through our system. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to MDEX, some seller returns policies may vary.

Before You Place Your Order

To learn more about a seller's returns policy for items sold and shipped by a seller, go to the product detail page for any item sell by that seller (product catalogue). Under the product description, you can see whether seller is providing return / refund or not. To learn more about the seller, click on 'View Supplier Profile' link under supplier details column. You will be taken to a page where you can find more information about that seller.

How to return an items sold by Marketplace Seller

You will have to contact the seller by the email or phone number provided by the seller during your purchase transaction. You can also find supplier details by clicking 'View Supplier Profile' link.
