Ink Tank:
The BC-12e Photo cartridge contains the print head unit and two replaceable BJ tanks - the BCI-12 Photo Color ink tank and the BCI-12 Photo Black ink tank. You can replace the tanks individually without replacing the print head unit when you run out of ink. For best results, use with Canon's High-Resolution Paper (HR-101) for high-quality, photo-realistic color printing.
